# Diamond Castle project policy

1\. Project Goal and Scope

* Goal: DMCK is targeting the De-Fi market, which is being harmed by excessive inflation. It aims to stabilise the De-Fi market, minimise losses, and maximise gains for holders, investors and users.
* Scope: DMCK is targeting De-Fi markets harmed by inflation. The scope includes the interconnection of new financial markets through De-Fi and the convergence of secondary markets based on spot.

 

2\. Resource Management

* Staffing: We define the people and roles required for the project and deploy the right people to facilitate the best synergies.
* Budget management: We set a budget for the project and reveal how we track and manage costs.

 

3\. Schedule Management

* Schedule: We set and communicate key milestones and deadlines, including the project's roadmap and short-term plans.
* Progress monitoring: We periodically check the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments.

 

4\. Service Quality Management

* Service quality: DMCK Foundation holds blockchain and Web3 technologies. We operate De-Fi Node through these technologies and provide stable revenue and service quality. We will maximise these through further development and communication.
* Risk management: We identify potential risks and establish a response plan for them.

 

5\. Communication Plan

* Communication system: We communicate project-related information through the official community and official channels.
* Stakeholder management: We ensure that all stakeholders understand the project's progress and can provide the necessary feedback.

 

6\. Change management

* Change management procedures: We notify holders, investors, and users of any changes to the project scope, schedule, budget, etc., through our official website and public platforms and manage them transparently.

 

7\. Regulatory Compliance and Legal Requirements

* Regulatory Compliance: DMCK complies with legal regulations when operating the De-Fi Pool.
